Survey sketch for a change and division of estate boundaries in cadaster

The bachelor thesis deals with the making of a geometric plan for land division and markings of buildings. The point of interest where the geometric plan was drawn up is located in the cadastral area of Brod nad Dyjí with an already valid digital cadastral map. The thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part contains a brief history of the cadastre, a description of the modern Land Registry and general information concerning the geometric plan. The practical part is focused mainly on the description of the actual procedure for making the geometric plan, along with illustrative examples from the geodetic Groma program, in which the entire process took place.

The bachalor work deals with methods of forming survey outcomes completed by GEODIT REAL s.r.o. . It specifies land consolidation circumference in a cadastral district Malíkov. First the aim of the work is to characterize theoreticaly activities preceded to the specification of land consolidation circumference and explain the expresion land consolidation. Then the bachalor work sums up following methods from the beginning of the survey to the outcomes completation.

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is focused on the procedure of making geometric plan for dividing of estate. The area of interest is located in the village called Ráječko with of the same name cadastral area, where is still valid analogue cadastral map. This cadastral area comes under the administration of the cadastral office Blansko. In the introductory part are explained concepts of analogue map and simplified registration. The next part of the thesis is dedicated solving of concrete problems.

Bachelor´s thesis is cocerned with creation of plat map to dividend parcel and course owners specifield boundary land in graphic digital cadastral map. The thesis is dividend to two parts. The firs teoretic parts includes expain of digital cadastral map, described contend and usage of the plat map. The measurement was taken in Podivín. Geodetic programs Microstation and Groma allow computational and works pair with creation of the plat map.

The survey sketch for elimination of a simplified land inventory in the cadastre unit Popovice by Rajhrad

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of creation of survey sketch for elimination of simplified land inventory and its drawing up in areas with a valid analog cadaster map. In the first part, which is theoretical, the text introduces map sources and land-surveying activities in-site including marking out boundaries, description of the creation and history of the survey sketch, its purpose and requirements according to the law. The second part, which is practical, deals with the progress of processing the survey sketch for elimination of simplified land inventory in the cadatre unit Popovice by Rajhrad under the legislation no. 26/2007 of the legal code and no. 164/2009 of the legal code. The obtaining, evaluation and processing of the sources is described including the transformation of the allotment map, marking out in-site and processing appropriate documentation. The land-surveying programme GEUS was used for calculation and graphic illustration.

This master thesis deals with identifying cadastral boundary between cadastral areas Holštejn and Lipovec u Blanska. The first part deals with the fundamental theoretical data that are required to create this thesis. In the second part there are analyzed the procedures and actions at various stages of formation of the thesis. The main output of this thesis will be the survey sketch for the geometric determination of cadastre unit. After consultation with employee of cadastral workplace, setting – out of the cadastral boundary will not be realized.

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is survey sketch for division of land with elimination of simplified evidence. A survey sketch is a tool by which the changes are added to the real estate cadastre in order to keep the cadastral documentation, or cadastral map permanently updated. The first part of the Bachelor Thesis deals with surfy sketch, its brief history, purposes of survey sketch and its requisites. The second part of this paper analyzes cadastral maps and mapping bases. The third part contains treatment of measurement and copy survey sketch for division of land in cadastral area Nasavrky.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with making of a geometrical plan for the land division in an analogical cadastral map. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical part and processing the measurement itself. The theoretical part describes the history of geometrical plan relating to legal and technical regulations and next there is basic information to the term of a geometrical plan. The geometrical plan itself is drawn up in the cadaster Dolní Heřmanice. The geodetic programme VKM was used for the geometrical plan processing.
